The role of digital signage in the Customer experience

For some time now, we have started a collaboration with the digital company Easy New Media, through which we have come into contact with the world of Digital Signage (LED Walls and multimedia totems) and Sensory Marketing (sensory branding and sound design).

Creating immersive and unforgettable in-store experiences that captivate and engage the consumer remains essential, a result that can be achieved through these solutions.

For this company from Turin, we were responsible for developing the new website and devising a social media marketing strategy that could represent the multiple facets of the business and showcase the Visual, Sound, and Scent installations carried out across the country, such as the large transparent LEDs at Fiumicino International Airport, which, along with other works (for clients like Giochi Preziosi, Fastweb, Toyota, and others), are immediately visible on the homepage and social media profiles. We therefore created windows that could link the user to the complete product catalog and enhance the experiences designed for the prestigious companies Easy New Media has worked with.

Staying true to its brand identity, we took the graphic design of the previous website and gave it a new form, serving as a starting point for the new social communication with a focus on the main values, including sustainability, circular economy, and passion for animals.

The digital space, as described in the example above, offers a brand the opportunity to tell its story, interact, and promote its products in an innovative way.
